My SUV would randomly not start up, so we knew we were looking at a battery or alternator issue. Kenneth and Bill helped on a busy afternoon. They were incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out some things on my car that could also use some quick fixes. You can tell by the amount of clients in/out of the store that it’s the go-to place for car questions and community. Even when we stepped away, the other coworkers were quick to ask about us or even nod in agreement or with a quick quip in the background. Tristan eagerly checked my battery, noted that there was acid leakage and that is probably why it has failed in the cold. Then he found that the battery was still under warranty and he quickly installed a new one, in the bitter cold. Tip top service from a great guy.

I went in to get oil, the guy there must be as foolish as they come, he recommended me and oil after I asked him if the Castor oil I had in my hand was doable for my car, he points to a picture after mumbling and says go to the back and get it. I then brought the wrong bottle up but looked similar and he said I brought it to him wrong on purpose? From across the store? Whatever.
