They don’t even deserve a quarter of a star. I was in an accident in mid December and the police called them to tow my vehicle. There was no navigation system in their truck so the lady sat in the back seat calling out directions to our house. She wanted $160.00 for less than a four mile tow. They left their magnetic brake light on our vehicle and I have called them five times asking them to pick it up, I also asked them for a receipt so I could get reimbursed from my insurance. To this day i still have not gotten a receipt and I still have their brake light.

I was a employee there and my truck disappeared. Was told it was towed by a employee to the corner of marie & 18th there is no residence there and I know dam well it wasn't dropped off at the repair shop on the corner,I never gave B:&R the ok to tow it anyplace. To top it off I've never received any lean sale papers from.my ex boss so I can't even check to see if it's been towed! I know one thing B&R owes me a truck and I'll becoming for it soon.im still waiting for Sara to get back to me about it.....like it will just go away if she ignores it long enough....NOT !

Very friendly and courteous Ok prices but no tow company has great prices. Anyone that buys a car from there needs to realize that your buying. A car from a tow yard not a dealership...
