I was in an accent that messed up my suspension pretty bad. Hector was very helpful in getting my car back on the road. Never tried to upsell me or tell me I needed something I didn’t actually need. But was detailed in the recommendations from the mechanic. The mechanic himself (Miguel) took time to show me and explain why things needed to be fixed or replaced and how they were affecting my cars performance Nathan and Ramon were very polite and accommodating. Called me with updates as they happened. Made recommendations but never pressured me to make any decisions. As a woman going into a car shop alone and not fully knowledgeable of car repairs I really appreciate the honesty and respect from these guys. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this shop to friends and family.

I booked a same day appointment online for a brake inspection. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by Nathan, the assistant manager who helped me out with the entire process. My car ended up needing some work which he told me they would be able to complete same day. Nathan called me multiple times to keep me informed and in the loop about what my car needed. It ended up needing a little bit more than what was originally quoted and Nathan was incredibly kind when explaining everything and even gave me a deal on the additional cost. It feels like driving a brand new car thanks to the work done by Nathan and the American Tire Depot team! Thank you so much!
