BEWARE Waited for over 2 hours!! Started out normal waited 45 min then was informed the tow truck that was on the way broke down, guy on the phone called me from their “main office” and told me it would be another 60min to get another driver out, after waiting for another hour and 20 min I decided to call and check where it was at they told me it would b another 30-40min!!! Not to mention I waited 15min on the phone for that information. If I could rate this service a 0 I would! Extremely frustrating and unprofessional!!!

My electric car lost charge suddenly on an i880 overpass last night and 10-4 Tow responded to my AAA roadside assistance request. The owner reached out to make sure I was safe and confirm my location. I really appreciate the concern for my safety. The tower was careful with my car and was able to maneuver it into our driveway so we could recharge it. Really appreciate the late night rescue and great work!
