Scott goes over and beyond his duties. I start my car so he came charged battery. He diagnosed something was not right. He later called that issue was other than battery. There was short. He saved me from maybe a horrible incident. Took car to recommended mechanic and it was exactly what he thought.

Had my car towed yesterday, 23 December from the Oxnard plane to my home in Hueneme. Julio was the truck driver (Trk 101) even though he was very nice, he parked my car so badly that I received a ticket and it was threatened to be towed. I know it was dark, but he had lights on the back of his truck and he still couldn’t park it straight in the space available. I was kind of disappointed since you consider yourselves, professional tow truck operators..

Was getting ready for a trip to big bear when boom. Car did not start. Called TRIPLE A and lucky enough I landed Scott. He arrived right on time. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly and gave me tons of valuable knowledge on how batteries work and some preventative measure to take to make my batteries last longer. Scott alone makes the triple A membership worth more than the annual price. I look forward to his assistance in the future.
