I was directed to Ace Towing by my insurance roadside service support people. Matt, one of the drivers for Ace, called me on my cell phone to verify that all the information the insurance company gave him was correct, and when I explained to him the special circumstances of my situation (I need a special lug key to change out my tires but did not have one) he offered to go get his own lug key out of his personal vehicle to see if it would fit. When his lug key did not fit, Matt was patient with me and even offered suggestions on how to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. He then proceeded to tow my vehicle to Discount Tire for me, where he left instructions for the people there so my car would be repaired first thing the next morning.<br>I was thoroughly impressed with how prompt their service was, how friendly and helpful the driver was, and very happy with the way they treated my vehicle in the towing process. I recommend Ace Towing to anyone who needs a tow in the Grand Junction area.

Back in December, I wrecked my Corolla and had Ace tow it. They agreed to do a Bill Of Sale in exchange for the title because at the time, my credit union had it. I was pleased with how efficient and friendly everyone were, even the little dog. I had no problems with them whatsoever and would recommend them.
