They were very rude. The lady who answered the phone was unprofessional and bad attitude. Gave That's the wrong information and it sent us to the wrong impound lot. It also gave us the wrong price and was totally totally disrespectful and very very rude as I explained in the beginning. I will never use them again and they supposedly represent Hillsborough county sheriff's office. They should be reprimanded for their business practice of being rude and disrespectful to people at a time when things are troubled for most

Praying for you if you ever get your car towed and have to deal with these people. Absolutely horrible experience. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful, the woman on dispatch yelled at me for about 5 minutes and had a nasty attitude. They only take cash and wouldn’t let me see my car without paying (pretty sure that's against Florida law). Super sketchy and rude rude people.

Hilarion did an amazing job helping me out today! I had a flat tire and needed my car towed to my house so I could fix my flat. He was very nice and communicated well! He let me know how long it would be, the price, sent me pictures when he had my car secured, then called when he arrived! He did everything right. Asked for the location, pictures of the car, put it in neutral and towed it properly.<br>Thanks so much for the help!
