This tow company is extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. They pick and choose who they tow.<br><br>I live at Lake Azzure. Tonight, someone decided to literally take up TWO parking spaces to save one for someone they knew. I called the tow company multiple times. It took THREE hours for them to finally come. And when they finally arrived, it was pretty obvious they personally knew the people with the vehicles. The tow driver sat there on his phone while they came outside, he talked to them, waited, and then allowed them to move one car to take one of the spots they were blocking.<br><br>I have a disabled child and there are very limited parking spaces here. Watching that happen was honestly disgraceful.<br><br>And the worst part? This is the SAME tow company that previously towed MY vehicle because my handicap tag was chipped and they claimed it wasn’t valid because of that tiny damage.<br><br>Our complex deserves better. I truly hope the apartments find a different tow company very soon.

You better tow my car than have this sticky note left on it. It was extremely hard to remove and took hours to clean off

This company only takes the car they want, it was parked in my boyfriend's complex, I arrived at 10 at night, when I go out to pick up my car at the parking lot at 12 in the night my car was not there, these people took my car for no reason when in that same parking lot there are 10,000 more cars and they spend the night there without the supposed sticker they give in the condominium, even every day there are cars without a sticker parked! When I call they tell me that I have to pay $280 to take out the car today and if I was going to pick it up the next day it was $240, obviously I had to go get my car the same night because I had to go to my house. When I arrived at the place there was no one, I called and according to them it took 15 minutes to arrive, the first call was at 1:14 at night they arrived 40 minutes later, a boy, and talking to me as if nothing had happened, boy please! Super unprofessional! On this site they are scammers!<br><br>Since I can't give you another review to answer you, I'm going to edit my post. YOUR DRIVER JOSE, IF I HAVE SEEN HIM IN THAT CONDOMINIUM TWICE IT IS A LOT, HOWEVER TO CLARIFY YOUR DOUBT YOUR DRIVER IF ACCORDING TO YOU HE WAS DOING HIS JOB, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT TAKE HIS WORK SERIOUSLY AND PRACTICES IT EVERY NIGHT WHERE THERE ARE MILLIONS OF CARS IN THAT CONDOMINIUM WITHOUT THE SUPPOSED STICKER OF THE CONDOMINIUM? Why does the condominium take a long time to give a damn sticker to its new residents? They should find out more and at least contact the condominium office and ask which are the new residents to whom they have not given the damn sticker! SO DON'T COME AND TELL ME THAT YOUR DRIVER WAS DOING HIS JOB.
