Rude, unwelcoming, zero customer service. Employees work hardest at avoiding you upon arrival. No direction given at all, and then they get mad at you when you park in the wrong spot... which there is no parking outlined. Finally was told where to go and received zero help unloading. The only way to get help is to drive around and pull into the wrong area because now you have their attention. Employees are all more concerned about hiding inside where it's warm than actually helping a customer.

Great place to take scrap metal. Just checked out some of the past reviews. I've been coming here for over ten years. Yes, in the past it's had some jerk employees, but right now, the very best group of men and women I've ever seen here! Yard is cleaner than it's ever been. Very glad to see improvements that began a year or so ago.

Dishonest about pricing, unreachable by phone. Filthy lot. Unsafe operators. I wouldn't bring more than a bag of aluminum cans back here, they'll rip you off for everything else.
