I came to this location yesterday and bought three sets of wiper blades. I needed one more set, and the employees told me they would have it today after their delivery. When I returned, the experience was unacceptable.<br><br>The employee who helped me tried to sell me cheaper blades instead of checking whether the correct ones had arrived. When I asked him to look in the back, he refused. He and several other employees then started speaking in Spanish and made comments about giving me mismatched wipers because “I wouldn’t know the difference.” Unfortunately for them, I understood exactly what was being said.<br><br>This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. I will not return to this location, and I hope management addresses the behavior of the staff working today.

I had to grab a few things before the autozone closed. This autozone was by far the best one I have been able to shop at. The customer service rep was great! He helped me with finding something and also gave me info on spray paint / paint for my car which I did not know. He has a store full of people and was very mellow and did not rush me at all. I have to say this person definitely needs a promotion and a raise! I will definitely come back and visit!
