I went in recently to get a new battery for my car and found they had the best price around. They will install your battery for free, but that's not the selling point. The staff is super helpful and kind. My battery terminals were very loose and while installing, the staff member explained how to replace them myself! Talk about service! He also noticed that Meineke on Santa Fe had left my intake disconnected and my filter box opened, potentially saving me from engine damage!! As a woman, it is always nice when I can walk into a parts shop and not be talked down to, and to have my questions answered without judgement. Super fast service, and though its farther than my usual shop I will be a regular from now on! 10/10

We needed a DTC scan on her car and both gentlemen were friendly as soon as we walked in. Steven went right out to the car and scanned it. Once back in he explained what the codes meant. Made some real good suggestions and explained what to watch out for if the issue becomes worse. I really appreciate Steven's friendliness and knowledge. (I hope I spelled his name correctly, if not I apologize)
