I was broken down on 270 and Bussard’s definitely saved me. He got there quicker than I thought and loaded my truck up with ease and expertise! As a female that knows nothing about cars, Chuck gave me some thoughts about possible problems and made the whole ordeal a lot less stressful. I was traveling on I 70 x 11 a.m. in the morning, and I broke a serpentine belt on my class CRV after a quick search of towing companies near me. I was lucky enough to find Clay. He was working the phone that day said he was a little busy today short a person, but he’d try to be there as soon as you can. Needless to say, he picked me up drove me to his shop and after a quick inspection it will determine that the pulley were fine and I just needed a new belt. He towed Me Into his shop Replaced the belt and had me out of there in four hours. I was prepared to spend the night and maybe have to wait till Monday before I could find someone to fix it. I am retired, and I no hurry, but the shop has outstanding customer service Fair pricing, he even gave me a hoodie sweatshirt with their logo on it. Needless to say it was welcome since I didn’t pack any warm clothes for the trip. I would highly support to shop if I lived in the area and I think these are a great bunch of guys I did notice three different wrecker, showing up with cars and after a quick inquiry to the mechanics as why these are arriving He says dealers send them their overflow which they cannot get fixed in a hurry. That’s really says something again. Great job Guy. Thank you very much, Randy.
