I had a really disappointing experience here. I waited almost two hours to pick up an order that I placed nearly two weeks ago. There was only one person working the register, which made the wait even longer.<br>What made it worse was the response from staff when I asked about the delay. I was met with smirks and told to “talk to my boss.” I shouldn’t have to escalate to management just to address basic customer service concerns or poor setup.<br>Overall, this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Bought a hood for a a santa fe after driver 2 hrs to pick up at Lawrence open the box and it was a used hood primer black and the box was labeled for another vehicle year and model. When back to the store and talk to the manager Christ that was really rude and unprofessional about the situation. Part was purchased a week + before the confrontation received was provided to him and show a 1500$ purchased, at the moment there are legal actions on the process.

I've been buying from this place for many years, and it gets worse every day. They have no respect for their customers; it's like a circus, and the customers are the clowns. They changed the location to pick up parts , and now if you want to pick up parts, you have to go through three doors carrying hoods and bumpers, not to mention that they order the parts, and when you go to pick them up, they're rarely there on the day they said they would be. Such a large company, and so disorganized
