Great service - I was referred to Milan by Volvo Roadside Assistance. Couldn't be happier - driver arrived when promised, very professional and courteous. He got my car (dead battery, all electronic shift) safely onto the ramp truck, checked he had the key and verified where car was going. Would definitely use again.

Milan Service is highly qualified. My car required a mini wrecker to be removed from my garage, and they stayed in contact with me for over four hours while working to find the right truck to take my car to the mechanic.<br><br>All the staff were kind, helpful, and friendly.

After the first company ran into complications (it happens) and had to cancel, Milan came through! 10/10 experience start to finish. I was called to confirm and the woman who I spoke with was a sweetheart! I was a bit stressed because my new car was leaking gas! I also received a text to let me know they were on the way and was updated the whole time. I’m sorry I can’t recall the name of the gentleman who came to tow my car but he was absolutely awesome. He was very professional and took very good care of my baby! Volvo service is amazing and Milan’s service was absolutely the same. I’m proud to own a car with incredible safety and service that is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you again for everything.
