Unlike many other reviews, my experience with Quirk Parts Depot was excellent. I placed an order for transmission bolts for my Ram 1500 on a Saturday by credit card. I didn't get a confirmation at that point and my bank showed the charge as pending. I was a little concerned so I sent an email that same day. I didn't hear anything back. I called them on Monday and I didn't get someone to talk to but I left a message. I received a text message that same day saying that they don't respond to emails or text on the weekends but they did confirm the order and within a couple days they will text me when my item will be shipped. A day later they sent me a USPS tracking number. The following day it showed my package will be received in 5 days. I actually received it in 4 days... which was better. The parts that I received were in excellent condition, definitely brand new and exactly what I ordered. So yes, communication is a bit thin... but I received my parts and a day earlier then they told me so I'm very happy about that. I tried to get these parts from other sites and the prices were ridiculously high. Quirk Parts were fairly priced in my opinion and if I need anything else for my truck I would definitely do business with them again.

Absolutely not telling you the truth. I order parts the 26th of December and i was chatting with the customer support almost everyday and they were convincing me couple more days,we are waiting the mnf to send the parts and today after 16 days i got this email:<br><br>We regret to inform you that the part you have ordered is currently unavailable. A refund has been issued and we apologize for any inconvenience.<br>In most cases, refunds can take up to 5 business days to post, depending on the bank involved.<br>If there is anything we may be able to help you with please let us know. Never ever order from this site guys such a liars!!!

I strongly ask people not to go to this Quirk Wholesale part Depot in Quincy. They do not respect the customers and not stand behind the warranties for whatever reasons. They have very rude and unstable director Craig.<br><br>I have a FedEx business and was buying the parts for my 17 trucks most of the time from here if they have it for the last 5 years. Recently I had to change two of the batteries with warranty on them on my GMC trucks and the other two batteries for my FORD to pay. The manager Tom denied to honor the warranty on two GMC same as Craig the director. Craig was so unprofessional and does not know how to talk to a customer. I was asking him why they do not do the warranty on the batteries. He said because of so many failures. I asked him the proof for what he was claiming he told me to leave otherwise he would ask security to kick me out!<br>I do not know why a company wants an unprofessional and rude Director not be able to communicate properly to a long time customer.<br><br>I do not recommend this place at all. If I know the owner of that company, I will change that director before loosing more customers and business.
