We scheduled a towing service for a Historic 1927 Ford Model A, and we were very pleased with the precision which they moved the vehicle. Chris was the service man they sent to the site and I requested him again for the return trip scheduled for the automobile. He was already knowledgeable on moving historic vehicles and was able to help with things I didn't know about the car. The owners of the vehicle were comfortable the entire time and knew their piece of history was in good hands while in transport.

Called at 5:11pm. To have them come and unlock my truck. Pick up our family's favorite.Now I googled them and it said their office was 15 miles from where I was. At 6:07pm. I called the gang wondering where my driver was. Was told they had to re route him to an accident, and they called a 2nd driver to come. Was never given an apology for not calling to let me know.And he would be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again. At 6:38 pm. Was told second driver was en route, but was still over seven miles away. Commented that if I known it was gonna take that long.I would have called a local driver from where i'm from, which is Greenville. Was told that she was doing her best trying to get the drivers out to the accident.And to me, but she couldn't control the roads. Asked her to just hurry up and please get her driver there.And hug up on her. 15 minutes later 2nd driver arrived. Whish was 6:55 pm.Tell them what the issue was.He had the car unlocked within 10 minutes. As he was writing out the receipt, he apologized told me it was a 3 car accident that the 1st driver had to go to. And that he was clear up, and oh get this Greenville, dropping a car off. Said he the call about me at 6:20pm. Now if you notice there is a 13 minute, difference between my call asking where the 1st driver was.And he was dispatched to me. And I was charged the full price of $80.<br><br>Edit: now I realize an accident comes first. Businesses get busy. I'd also like to state .I didn't lock my keys in my truck, key wouldn't work to unlock my truck. Over the years, I have had two close friends.Bu tow truck drivers. I know how their schedules can get. So I understand that and accept that. My issue is not the fact that I had to wait an hour and a half.It's the fact that I had to call back two more times after the initial call.Because I wasn't informed. The way I look at it, this is like me going into a restaurant being sat.Given my water and then ignored.

Amazing company! Their driver Grant stopped to give me a jump when I was stranded on the side of the road. Ended up giving me a tow all the way home to Belding when the jump didn’t work. Very nice and super helpful price is very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!
