I had to tow my car 0.3 miles away to my location and I was on the side of the street not even a highway right next to the towing company. the tow company was the only one open at 6 am and they were charging 390$ for "middle of the night" charge and they would not tell me the price until they arrived at my location. Once arrival they hooked my car right away and refused to take it off unless paid full price. My other option was for them to bring it back to tow yard for 600$. Do NOT recommend to anybody I just got scammed. He would not even tell me how their pricing works based off distance he just claimed it was 390$ no exception. If I knew before l called them, I would not have requested their service. Do NOT use greater towing services, even at your last option. They will scam you out of outrages prices and steal your money, the guy who owns the company is very rude. The reviews speak for themselves.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I got stuck in a ditch and was trying to get out I called this horrible company for help payed upfront they told me they where 10mins away once I hanged up after paying I tried to get out again not even 5 mins later I called to cancel because I was finally able to get out on my own me expecting to get a refund since not even 5 mins passed and no work was done NOTHING was done! And you wanted to charge me $310 he didn’t even want to give me half of the money back not even a penny just like anyone else that money wasn’t easy to earn and the Hollidays where coming up. I called back they kept telling me I need to speak with the manager to call Monday so I did then he tells me he got into a “car accident” so I wait a week as he told me to and nothing come to find out he blocked me before that he said we can’t give your money back I’ll see you in court he was screaming he was so rude he really is miserable evil guy like Really? Is this how you treat your clients?? Is this what you call professional taking people’s money without doing the work after a phone call of 5 mins? Ridiculous!!!!

I called this company after locking my keys in the car and freaking out because me and my 3 year old were locked out of the car and our home. This man that runs this company was locking up for the night and was so kind to come out of his way to help a younger mother in a bind. It was truly one on the kindest things I’ve had happen to me. He was there within 20 minutes, the first company I called said about an hour. He gave me his card and it’s just absolutely so nice to know some businesses still care and treat a complete stranger like family.
