I will never use another tow company after being towed by Tysons! Tysons came quick with very reasonable pricing! We called Tyson’s after 2 other companies said they could not tow the car due to how hard it was to get out and they came determined to get the job and did just that!!!

The Lady who answer the phone was great and very helpful. She got them to me fast . The driver Terrance k came fast and I was worried about my car . He took care of my car . Got back home safe . Amazing service. I would recommend them.

I scheduled a tow from my house to a mechanic at 10 am. When I called at 10:15 I was told that you were short handed for the day and the driver was finishing up a job and would be to me in about 25 minutes. I said that's fine. Then I called back about every hour for the rest of the day wondering where the driver was. I was called at 11:30 by the driver who told me he was on his way. Eventually he texted me at 3:45 to tell me he was on his way. My car wasn't picked up until after 6pm. 8 hours after I paid for it to be picked up and an hour after the mechanic was closed for the day. When I called to check on the status of the pick up around 2pm I was told by the dispatcher that they would see about getting me at least half of my fee refunded. They have since declined to refund anything. This was the worst service I've ever received and I would not recommend them to anyone.
