This is the scene at our neighbor’s house. Williams towing created an incredibly unsafe environment - causing an accident. The driver did not set out cones or properly warn oncoming traffic that there was a wire running across one what is an incredibly busy road in Deephaven. Knowing most of the people who traffic this road, I am sorry to say Williams towing took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the situation that was created. Luckily in this case it ended up with only minor scratches to the car that was affected, but the situation could have been much more dire.

Thank you so much you are life savers! Your driver is amazing he needs a raise. He is also hilarious to joke with. Keep up the great work others would have cost more especially my AAA. I was given their number in a Kwik Trip parking lot. If the woman who gave me William’s number thank you so much you are a blessing from heaven. There are still lovely people on this planet. If I could give them more stars I would. I recommend this company always.

Nick and Williams were great to work with. Due to the snow storm our car ended up off the road. After spending 24 hours arguing with our insurance and roadside assistance to get help winching it out, I called Williams and they were out to meet me within 45 mins. Nick was friendly to talk to (he was up all night helping people and must have been tired but I couldn't tell from his demeanor), offered helpful advice, and talked me through every step from hooking up the car to billing.
