Outstanding service from Eli at the Lee’s Summit Ward location.<br><br>I initially called to ask about headlight replacement and was told to return after 1:30 PM. When I came back around 2:00 PM, I was informed that only Eli could assist and that he was currently on his lunch break, so I was asked to return later.<br><br>As I walked out of the store, Eli—who was on his lunch break—noticed me leaving, got out of his car, and stopped me before I drove away. He then replaced my headlights during his lunch break.<br><br>When my car didn’t start right away afterward, Eli went a step further and cleaned my battery with a product to help prevent future issues. That level of care and attention was truly exceptional.<br><br>I attempted to tip him multiple times, and he politely declined every offer. His actions were driven purely by kindness and a commitment to great service.<br><br>Eli went above and beyond expectations and represents this company incredibly well. He absolutely deserves recognition and a raise.
