I want to give a huge thanks to Pedro and the service department at this BMW dealership! I was driving through NJ when my car started shaking on the highway. Since I had just bought the car second-hand, I was really worried and stopped by this dealership to get it checked out. After the inspection, they found that the wheel hub was severely damaged and needed to be replaced, which was very bad news for me. At that moment, Pedro stepped in and advised me to contact the dealership that sold me the car because they should be responsible for covering the repair costs. With his guidance and help, I was able to successfully get the repair costs covered by the seller and leave my car at the dealership for the repair. I also decided to get a full car wash and some scratch repairs while I was there. Pedro handled all the communication and arrangements, making the entire process so easy for me. When I saw the finished work, I was honestly amazed. The car looked incredible! I can’t thank Pedro and the service department team enough for their exceptional work and support. I highly recommend this dealership and Pedro！
