Robert and his staff are known in Clovis for their honest, knowledgeable, professional and accurate work. They’ve been working in business for over 25 years. They’ve gone beyond their limit to help every customer to walk into their business. His staff are knowledgeable and explain the issue very well and quality of work is absolutely top of the line. If you are at the scope and choose to wait for your car while it is under fix or inspection is your choice, but the place is very clean and offers a vanity of coffee and snacks while you are waiting. This business is a business that you can count on and refer anyone to. Any car that has been brought to Robert’s shop, has been well taken care of. Clovis Auto Shop went absolutely above and beyond for me. They were able to work with my PRCO warranty and made the whole process super easy. Johnny took care of everything on the service side and kept me fully updated the entire time. Melvin, the tech who worked on my vehicle, treated it like it was his own — total professionalism and attention to detail. They even made sure to protect the interior with plastic covers and left everything spotless. This is the only shop I trust with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I've been using this shop for several years. By nature I am leeryf all repair shops. I'm a senior and female and just don't trust that I won't be taken advantage of. These folks have proven themselves deserving of my trust. They always treat me with dignity and the charges match the posted rates. They do nothing extra without checking with me first and I feel I have enough basic knowledge to know when someone is not being truthful with me.. I may be off base, but I would recommend them to others.
