Robert and his staff are known in Clovis for their honest, knowledgeable, professional and accurate work. They’ve been working in business for over 25 years. They’ve gone beyond their limit to help every customer to walk into their business. His staff are knowledgeable and explain the issue very well and quality of work is absolutely top of the line. If you are at the scope and choose to wait for your car while it is under fix or inspection is your choice, but the place is very clean and offers a vanity of coffee and snacks while you are waiting. This business is a business that you can count on and refer anyone to. Any car that has been brought to Robert’s shop, has been well taken care of. I have no doubt to refer anyone to the Clovis Auto Shop that Robert and his staff work on. Highly recommend it. This is a place that you truly can count on. They truly deserve 7 star. Clovis Auto Shop went absolutely above and beyond for me. They were able to work with my PRCO warranty and made the whole process super easy. Johnny took care of everything on the service side and kept me fully updated the entire time. Melvin, the tech who worked on my vehicle, treated it like it was his own — total professionalism and attention to detail. They even made sure to protect the interior with plastic covers and left everything spotless. This is the only shop I trust with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Update 3/5: The unsubscribe link in this business' emails is text only and not a functional link. I continue to receive email solicitations for service after asking to be removed. Their HARASSMENT continued today with a phone call to solicit scheduling services for my vehicle. Please STOP HARASSING ME! Original Review: SMOG service was fine. Staff is friendly. Easy to schedule appointment online. The good stops there. The "upsale" extra services diagnosis was misleading. A couple things were accurate but I do not need to replace tires that are only months old and the oil in the car is well within its service rating (and visual inspection). I also did not opt in to receive service appointment reminders for the recommended service every day after my visit. This is SPAM and there are laws in place that carry hefty fines per email. You pushed a repeat customer away thus week.
