My vehicle was towed illegally by Parking Pros (formerly Sierra Towing) on December 5, 2025. I was parked legally along a plain concrete curb with no signage, no curb markings, and no posted parking restrictions anywhere in the area. The tow truck driver Odie admitted to me that no one had called in my vehicle and that they were originally responding to a different call that fell through . He told me they towed my car simply because they saw it while driving through the complex. The entrance to the property also has no required tow-away signs, making this tow unlawful under California Vehicle Code § 22658. I am requesting a full refund of all towing and storage fees and for the company to acknowledge the tow was improper. Probably why they change their name to “parking pros” because that’s what they’re not!

Robert is the most professional driver I have ever encountered. He made being stuck with my Volvo 2018 the most easiest experience ever. I was very comfortable and happy. He knew exactly how to take care of the car and was very patient with me giving the wrong address and taking him outskirts of the city to get the key. Thanks a million Robert!
