I have been doing business with AMD for quite some time now as a builder and the owner of a Muscle car, Hot rod and Restomod shop. Since 2017 I have been dealing direct with Bill Crabtree, because I know everytime I call in for parts or advice regarding a certain build, he is right on board with me trying to meet our needs. As an assembler in the passed for AMD as well he knows the parts and how to work with them. This to me is huge. I don't want to talk to someone that just types in a number and sees a part. I want to talk with someone that has experience working with the parts and knows the way around any issues if any occur. AMD has the best quality parts in the industry in my eyes, and as a builder I have used quite a few good name brands, but when it comes to fitment there is only one name. Auto Metal Direct. My dad has been doing business with Bill Crabtree. He has restored a 1968 Camaro and Bill was instrumental in working with dad on a couple of part related issues. That car was completed and came out very nice. He's now in the process of doing another one and is again, asking for Bill's expertise and will be moving forward with parts orders to complete his next project.
