From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted! The check in was about 8 minutes total. I was updated on the gress if my repair in a timely manner! I was able to leave my rental car there. Lastly, my car looked brand new! I recommend Don Jacob to all!

The employees were very friendly! I wasn't there for a major repair, but the work they did was great! They matched the color of my vehicle perfectly and the repair didn't take terribly long. They had good communication, especially since the repair took place during a holiday week. It took a smidge longer than it would have without the holiday. Good work! I hope I never have to use them again, but if I had to, I wouldn't have any reservations about going back.
