Each time I have had to use Affordable the staff has been so friendly. At the new location, Allison went above and beyond to ensure my part was covered, checked delivery status, and reassured me with frequent check-ins to ease my mind. It was a long process due to my warranty company but she never gave up and kept me hopeful. She was such a blessing and ray of sunshine in a dim situation. I was referred by my insurance agent. My service was not good. My car was at the shop for almost a month. The work was done on my engine and paying so much money. My engine light still came on once I drove my car for 20 minutes. I will not be referring anyone.
