I went to Hakes after seeing good reviews on Facebook. They are 100% the real deal. Not only did they save me 800.00 from a quote I received from a different but they were nice, professional and didn't try to pressure me to get any other repairs. Very trustworthy company. Would highly recommend them. I had brought my car to them for a water pump to be replaced. Prior to that I brought it in as I thought I needed brakes, good news I didn't. They were honest with me and said I didn't need them replaced. Thank you to the team at Hakes Auto!! Job well done.

I was referred by a good friend who said the prices were fair. I was charged $360 for 2 ball joints that cost $40 each, that's a 350% markup!! I understand markups to make the business money but overall nearly $1k to repair something as simple as ball joints is a bit outrageous...<br><br>I won't be coming back.<br><br>Consider an affordable mechanic before thinking about coming here.
