As a parts supplier for the niche? C&J bus repair has a stellar knowledge base and communicates effectively. 49 year old bus parts and inventory are more magic beans than they are common grain. Although expensive, it's not hard to imagine why as maintaining such an extensive inventory is no small feat. Yet it's worth every penny to a customer like me. I'd be happy to do business again

They are horrible! They made excuses to not do my dad’s bus and put him on the back burner and refuse to tell him that they just won’t work on it. And my dad gave them so much time and money for years. If you have an old bus they will back burn. Also they fired someone because of their disability; who walked in knowing nothing and never gave him any training. He explained he had an issue and they never listened. He even tried asking questions but always ignored him. Couple dollars raise few days ago they said he had a guaranteed job and was doing great! One manager there if he does not like someone he will make sure that person he does not like get fired. Also within that time I learned they don’t put in new parts; they clean the old ones and put them back in and charge customers saying they are new! Well these people are frauds/scammers and liars. Do not do business with them.
