Dont waste your time! Very rude staff, tried talking to 3 employees and they all act like they dont see you. Ignoring me and turning away like they dont see me after waiting for 20 minutes. Meanwhile they kept walking right past me! Will not be returning ever.

I will never go there again! First of all you can not see the scale and their prices was way lower than the usual place I go.

I got to alpha recycling with about 500 pounds of copper at approximately 4:15 in the afternoon once I got there there was rushing me and being very rude saying they are about to close for me to hurry up. When in fact the the web say they close at 5pm<br>Before I gave them the copper they said they will give me $2.50 a pound. Once they took it and printed the receipt they only gave me 2.15 a pound and they said. They told me 2.15 not 2.50<br>once I said something about it,<br>he said “you don’t understand English.”<br>Then they kept speaking in there language.<br>I felt like they really got me !!<br>They never once said thank you, they was being very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and they have no kind of customer service.<br>I recommend anybody and everybody to take a two minute drive or 3 min walk and go to PASCAP... pascap is very respectful they greet you, handle you with love care and respect and there customer service is amazing!!<br>PASCAP will give you way much more money then alpha !<br><br>For cooper pascap was giving $2.75 a pound which I could of made 1,375<br>and Alfa gave 2.15 which I made only 1,075<br>for not taking it to pascap which is only two minutes away from Alpha recycling, literally 2 mins .<br>I lost about $300
