Our car broke down today. Justin was a life saver. Not only did he come to tow our vehicle quickly, but he went out of his way to help us find a repair shop that could address the issue. Justin was extremely personable and helpful. He is exactly who you need when you are in this situation. We are so appreciative for all of his help!!

My husband came into the shop last week and they were so incredibly rude! If you are getting paid by us there is absolutely no reason that we should be getting attitude. The woman who works there especially.

Ok, so me and my friend (who is a new driver) have used u-save 2 times now and they've been quick, reasonable, and helpful both times.<br><br>Like, the first time when my friends tire fell off in our school parking lot, they helped us get to a garage with no issue and charged nothing when the first garage couldn't take us.<br><br>And then this second time, we just got stuck in the snow for half an hour, and I tried to call val-u auto first and was on hold for 5 minutes before trying these guys. They picked up instantly and had a guy out to us within 30 minutes (we were quite far out). And even though the guys truck was useless in helping get us out of the ditch because he couldn't get the truck to us, he still stayed and helped us move and push the car out until it was eventually freed. That entire process took about an hour and the driver didn't have to do that. He could have easily just left us there when he couldn't get his tow truck to us but he stayed and helped. He even said that if he had a way to not charge us he wouldn't have but he had too cause of policy, which is understandable.<br><br>But anyway, this company and it's drivers just seem like really nice people, who go above and beyond to help customers
