Twice!! Count it TWICE!! These guys have helped me when my car(s) got stranded. Once for a dead alternator and the second for a hydro locked engine. The Tow driver is super friendly and accommodating. He was very kind to me and my son the first go around. The second time he came, still very professional and kind even at 5am. Hands down call these guys !!! Best in town , and the fastest arrival time. On Friday February 14th( valentines day of all days) I was involved in an accident around 4:30am while on my way home to Delaware from Wilmington where I was working for the week. The accident resulted in my truck being undrivable. I called triple A, and they apparently exhausted all attempts at their regular tow services for the 3 1/2 hours as I sat in my cold truck waiting for contact again from Triple A. They finally reached out to Wilson's Towing of Jacksonville, NC. WOW!! What a great experience. Jon and his wife were an awesome Team! They treated me with care and handled the whole situation with class. They showed great concern for me which was a plus! I would recommend Wilson's Towing for all your recovery needs.
