Not even 24 hours, they got the car from the Delaware County Sheriff, Charging me for Two days because their rule is received before midnight. Someone rented the car and never returned so stolen car basically… They charged me $200 for Towing, $60 Admin fee, $60 for Towing Gasoline, $80 for two days (18 hrs), other fees $400+ bill! That is insane. The Lady told me Police Officer told her to charge for all these fees and whatever they state minimum fees but I asked for proof they said Owner is not here. You can call us tomorrow. You can’t blame it to cops. You should keep all the proof if there’s a Shamrock’s policy, don’t make things up. This is completely harassment! Inside the car, complete dashes gone/ Disappeared. Smoked all over in the car. Dust and seat covers Color changed.

I’m not sure why they may get under 5 stars because the team that helped me out in big way. It was cold and snowy and they went out with me to my car to retrieve my belongings. And were so nice to me. I even let them know I am a Motorcyclist and they offered me some great tips on avoiding situations that are common accidents they see on cars. I have two Daughters and can’t tell you how much that means to me. Thank you Shamrock towing.

This is the most ridiculous and least helpful towing company I've ever encountered. Aaron was nice, but the owner is intentionally obstinate. He refuses to do what is clearly right, just because he has the power to make it difficult. We all know that guy. He claims that they cannot remove my STOLEN license plates from a truck on their lot unless I drive there and prove that I used to own the vehicle my plates are on. Either that, or I can somehow get permission from the guy who stole my plates so I can drive overan hour to take the tags off and throw them away. In short, I have to either get the guy who stole my tags to write an admission, or spend tomorrow at the title office to see if I can buy a copy of the vehicle title the tags used to be registered to so I can drive over an hour to remove them and throw them away. I don't want the plates back, mind you. I just want them to take them off and throw them away so I don't get anymore tickets in the mail, or anything worse. They are stolen for Pete's sake. Bringing them the parking ticket the thief got in my name "might" work, but I'll have to drive the hour plus to find out. The very helpful woman at the City of Columbus parking division was so excited when she found out that the vehicle had been towed. She thought that it would be great to get the tags back without having to wait for the police to track this guy down. Little did we know about Shamrock. I can promise you that if that vehicle gets picked up and anything bad happens with my tags on it, there will be a huge lawsuit coming to Shamrock. They can't claim they didn't know.
