I Called many tow companies and no body was able to haul a tool box. Bob was not only able to complete the task, he did an amazing job taking extra care to make sure nothing was damaged during the. I will recommend to all my friends and will call Pro Tow first next time.

My Mercedes C350 unexpectedly broke down in a busy intersection this morning. I called ProTow because I’ve seen their logo and been to their business in Beaverton before. Jamie was my driver and the dispatcher (really wish I remembered her name). But between Her and the driver dispatched, I felt like I had partial ownership in the company with how well their customer service was. I write better reviews than this, but in a moment of absolute need and a little bit of fear due to the break-down location.Ive been left slightly speechless on how impressive the service was. I would have my wife and my daughter call ProTow for any emergency towing need. I really cannot believe how fast they got to me and how well I was taken care of. It’s now dropped off at the autobaun repair shop next door to them and they have a great relationship with the local repair shops to help transfer the tow bill to the shop if able and if it’s more convenient. 5stars all day long and twice on Sunday!!

I have had no experience with the towing company, other than one of its drivers speeding, tailgating, cutting other drivers off, running red lights, honking repeatedly at other drivers who were going the speed limit (or slightly faster) and who they couldn't immediately get around, and all around driving recklessly during busy evening traffic in town where there are not only a lot of other vehicles, but pedestrians. Not a good look for the company whose tow truck was being used to put themselves and others at risk.
