Booked because I visibly saw a nail in my tire which I told them when booking and when dropping the vehicle off. I also reported the tire has a slow leak. When I came to pick the vehicle up, I was told they were unable to find a nail in the tire, even after spraying the tire down but, they replaced a faulty valve stem. I argued with the cashier that I know there's a nail in the tire because both my daughter and I saw it easily. He reassured me they did not find one. I didn't see a point in arguing as he clearly was not listening (what happened to the customer always being right?). I brought the car home and asked a family member to take a look, low and behold, a nail in the tire! This is a specialty tire center. Do better!

Dawn and Logan were awesome, great customer service, great personalities, and alot of fun. They took me early when I arrived, explained everything and I recommend the hills plaza store to everyone. I bought my tires from there, and Dawn took care of me, I explained I wanted to most aggressive all terrain tires I could buy, I wanted top end, she walked me through it, and done! Paid, and and snowed the next day! They offer reliable and timely service but the prices are are on the high side. Also, the chairs in their waiting area are not the most comfortable in the world, for a guy of my size. They're much too narrow. I feel like I need to squeeze myself down into them. They could stand to be another two inches wider on each side, at least.
