My son had a car wreck and I tried to get another company I had used before to come and tow his car. They were unavailable so the PD contacted the next company on their rotation which was Yarber. The car was towed about 5 miles from Brookside Drive to their yard, all within Kingsport. The bill ended up being $375 and I confirmed that was just for the tow....no lot fees, no add on charges by the city, etc. I have not had a vehicle towed in about 3 years and was assured due to the rising costs of insurance that was the going rate now... but I still felt that was excessively high. Just be aware that is the rate Yarber charges for a tow. I would hate to think how much it would cost if the tow was of any moderate distance. The last tow I had done the company I used then picked up the car in Blountville and towed it to my house for $125.<br><br>Update 7/5/24 - I just had to have the vehicle towed again. About 5 miles, so same distance. Used a different company. It was $80 for the tow. So as suspected, they took major advantage of me. I recommend you steer clear of this company unless you want to be charged ridiculous prices.

Nicest group of towers I have ever dealt with. Super sweet gentleman. Very understanding and helpful. Seriously just the sweetest young men. My friend wrecked her car, and I went to get her license and insurance card out. Also I asked them about 1,000 questions, then my friend asked them the same 1,000 questions, then her grandmother called and asked them 1,000 questions. Even though they should have been super annoyed, they all remained very helpful and sweet.

Quick response, fair price and a friendly operator. What more could you ask for from a wrecker service. David was skilled and smooth with the controls, he had my T680 out in no time without any damage!
