I had called over 3- record services that had no idea how to get me out of the situation I was in. I called interstate towing and recovery and these guys immediately went to work and said don’t worry we’ve never gotten a car not out and we will take care of you when they got there. There was a couple of them and they worked together. They were running cables. It was unbelievable. They pulled me out and it was a miracle into this day. I can’t thank them enough. I will never ever go to anyone else when you need the best of the best and you want to get your situation take care of call nobody else but these guys interstate towing and recovery is the best in Texas When everybody said no way, they said we will get it done and they did

These people are complete jerks, i was stranded in the desert, the whole time they were "helping" me they laughed at me for how stupid i was for getting in the situation. They also didnt help at all, they charged me 300$ to movd me 3 feet which wadnt enough to get unstuck from where it was and jusr left me stranded in the dark, they threatened to impound my car because i was taking some time to pay them, dont trust these people, they will scam anyone who they see as a easy target. If i am not able to get some of my money back I plan to sue.

owner receptionist and the man that got my car for me were very nice. on the other hand, the lady that towed my car was very rude, demanded my keys, and i was missing some money in my car when i got it. owner was very understanding though.
