Our Chevy Silverado truck broke the main belt 16 miles west of Carthage Texas. We were towing a 30’ travel trailer. We were turned down by one tow co and contacted Cutter Towing. They dispatched a truck that could tow my Silverado and the trailer into Carthage TX and David’s Garage. The driver, named TC, was excellent. In no time. He loaded everything up. I was quite upset having broke down in the middle of nowhere, but TC was in total control and had us loaded up in no time and on to the repair garage. He couldn’t have been a more polite or professional tower. This tow company can do it all. We were given an up front estimate and they stuck to it.

I have used Cutters on several occasions. Their services are top tier. They are timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would like to highlight one driver in particular a young man by the name Dog. My husband & I were so impressed with his skill set & knowledge. Thank you for making a tough situation smooth. May God bless you in ABUNDANCE!!

I own a business with a parking lot that is consistently parked in without permission. Initially, I was excited about signing a contract with Cutter Towing to have illegal cars towed. They claimed to provide signage and were professional in our conversations. I signed the contract a month ago, and have not had a visit from them. No signs have been installed per the contract. I call dispatch weekly to request that signage be installed so towing can be enforced on my lot. My calls are always answered and they are courteous, but the answer is always "I told the boss, and its on his list". I am not allowed to speak with anyone other than the dispatch operator. I trust the operator is passing along my messages, but I can't be sure. I understand people are busy. Everyone is busy. I'm very disappointed and would love to update this review with five stars - if Cutter Towing could find the time to fit me in, install signage, and tow illegally parked vehicles per our contract.
