Given the reviews I saw and my personal experience I wanted to take the time to highlight the service and staff.<br><br>For context, I wasn’t aware if my vehicle was towed or stolen since it happened on a weekend at night. Once I found out what happened and contacted the First Call Auto Brokers staff I was made aware of my vehicle’s location and needed requirements to collect it.<br><br>I was asked for my VIN number, Name, phone number and reason for the call. Once provided I set up an appointment for the very next day. I was sent a text message and the gentleman on the phone confirmed that I got it. It gave me the time, place and details for my appointment for the next day.<br><br>I thought in the midst of all the details that my vehicle was in Temple, TX. I arrived early before the opening time of that location just in case (I had errands to do).<br><br>I saw the gates open and a kind man told me where to park and said he’d help me right away after helping another person. His name was Shawn (sorry if I misspelled it). He re-texted me and mentioned my vehicle was actually in Hutto, TX. He was right I went to the wrong place.<br><br>Shawn said he’d contact his person in charge of the Hutto lot and I drove in time for my appointment.<br><br>Once there I was greeted by another gentleman whose name I did not get unfortunately but was equally as helpful and kind of my situation.<br><br>I proceeded to get my personal belongings from my vehicle and went on my way.<br><br>If your vehicle is Towed or Repossessed, it happened for a reason. It sucks and it might put a stall on your day to day. You’re upset and it’s understandable. I had nothing but a good experience regardless of the negative aspects of why my vehicle was taken.<br><br>Be kind, be patient, and understanding for it’ll be given back in return. These folks are also going thru their daily work and life and might have a great day or not.

Terrible yard. I was hired by an auto auction to pick up a car that they paid for and was still treated disgustingly. The guy in blue was rude from the jump. Wouldn't give me his name.The lady i spoke with on the phone told me i could pick up fri. As you have to schedule the day before. I get there guy in blue rudely says he doesn't have any pickups scheduled today. Had to call her back wait 20min for them to get their affairs in order. I ask to speak to manager because guy in blue os just difficult to work with. The manager Keith has the nerve to pick up and tell me im not allowed to pick up at their yard anymore like he is doing me a favor. Even the assistant manager said they had problems with this guy in the blue who they apparently know is an issue. I dont care im doing your yard a service by picking up a vehicle that has been sitting on your lot taking ip space . The car auction bought the car from you so they are a customer and im employed by them not you so i would never do business again with this trash so called "repo" yard which just seems like a shady backlot. Never do business with these clowns and if you get repod by them sorry you have to deal with these unprofessional people who gove tow yards a bad name. Your google score tells me all i need to know about you all!
