This location is definitely 5 stars. The hospitality and the customer service is unmatched. Johnathon and Mitchell were there through the whole process. We were stranded for 3 days in front of the store. They were very courteous and helpful. We definitely recommend this location to anyone passing through temple or that stays in temple.

While traveling, I experienced an alternator failure that could have left me stranded more than two hours away from my destination. Thankfully, Bobby and Ernest went above and beyond to help me.<br><br>They quickly diagnosed the issue, located the right replacement, and had my alternator installed in under 15 minutes—an incredible display of teamwork, skill, and professionalism. Because of them, I was able to safely continue my trip to Dallas without delay.<br><br>After an already tough week dealing with the government shutdown and other challenges, their kindness and dedication truly brightened my entire week. I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts today to grab a new windshield wiper before the storms hit, and Ramon was amazing! He was so helpful and made the whole process quick and easy.
