First off I want to say that my wife and I have had AAA for 10 years and this is the first time we’ve used them. AAA left us on the side of the road on a 3 lane highway headed from Belton to Killeen for almost 3 hours with no sign of someone coming to pick my son and I up due to a flat tire. I had no spare at the time. I started calling around to local towing companies and reached Caliber Towing due to their great reviews. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. She really appreciate her help and later found out she was Sam’s daughter. Sam, the owner came to get us 15 minutes later and had our Dodge Charger on a flat bed in 2 minutes which I felt was pretty impressive. He was very friendly and you could tell that he genuinely cared. We road with him and he took us to the dealership so we could get a new tire. He even let my 9 year old son use the controls to operate the flat bed tow truck after the car had been taken off. Sam made a bad experience turn into a great one. We highly recommend him and his company! Thank you!
