I purchased a rebuilt GM long block for my 99 Wide Track Grand Prix GT. Had to rtn appx 2k miles later due to a knock on the bottom end. When I arrived, instead of the Serv Advisor asking questions to learn why I was there, he had an uppity attitude; "...THAT PONTIAC," inferring my car & I were beneath the class of customer they serve. Thankfully, the rest of the process went smoothly. GM stood by their warranty. Stephen Wade provided updates every step of the way & completed the install of the replacement motor before expected.
