Handled the exchange fast and helped with a jump, left my windows down for the days there but maybe there's a protocol where they can't roll them up. Overall decent, but pricey.

Illegal towing. They towed my car straight out of my stall. They claim my plates are expired. When in fact my registration is up to date! I am waiting to receive my stickers. They refused to release my car without payment. My car had no reason to be towed! I shouldn’t have to pay. This is illegal towing.
