The details of your company need to be further refined. The hours of operation do not reflect your holding lot hours. This is very discouraging especially when I wasn't given the option of calling my own towing company. So the $300 charge can be overlooked but the forced till Monday stay even though it shows 24/7 activity is absolutely absurd. Please do something that reflects your stores actual hours and not just the 24/7 towing service. Thanks.
