Not only did she manage my vehicle with care, but has continued to work with me as the insurance company handles the damages of my vehicle. Thankful for the speedy assistance and response! This place is NOT 24-hours towing company the website is a FRAUD! The company play games with your car and keeps your car to run up the storage fees! Do not have your car towed here the company is a Hot MESS! Queen of Towing is open Monday thru Friday closed on the weekend! I left messages on the answer machine they act as if they never received it! 24/7 weekend towing when I called they didnt answer! My cell phone can prove it!! I drove to the ratchet company to get info about my car. Trust me they do not answer the phone this why i drove there! The area was not the best! Customers beware this place is a hot mess! I drove there twice taking my items out of the car and not once did they ask for ID. Good luck if you need a tow they don't answer the phone and if they do good luck the business is ratchet!

I wish that I could give a half of a star or none. This company came out and tried to tow my truck stating that I had tickets and I was blocking the mailbox in my courtyard... That was false and proven by the police. I asked the driver to wait for the police and he and the person on the phone who was the manager said hurry up and pull off if we didn't pay $100. They couldn't give me any type of paperwork or card to prove the situation. The driver kept saying, "hey, they just call me to come get the vehicles and that l don't have to tell you the reason or even have to show you the paperwork." This is very disturbing and illegal... Say I would not have paid the $100 right then and there? My vehicle would've been on their lot collecting dues and fees for no apparent reasoning. I even tried calling and of course, no answer for hours... Scamming at its finest.
