ATTENTION:<br>If you were charged more than the amount stated on a posted tow-away sign, you may have grounds to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and pursue recovery.<br><br>Based on our direct experience, the towing company’s explanation of events does not align with Ohio law governing private-property towing. Their posted fee schedule and enforcement practices appear to conflict with statutes and administrative rules that regulate the towing industry in Ohio.<br><br>We have initiated formal proceedings, including a filing with the Ohio Attorney General, supported by documentation and evidence of statutory non-compliance. The towing company will be formally served and notified. At this stage, a full refund would be an appropriate step to mitigate further exposure.<br><br>Publicly available consumer reviews suggest that these practices may not be isolated and may have been ongoing for several months. We strongly dispute the claim—communicated to consumers—that there is any lawful “grace period” allowing charges to exceed posted signage. Ohio law provides no such exception.<br><br>We have reviewed recorded communications related to this incident and stand by our employee, who was an authorized tenant under a valid lease.

This has been the most ignorant racially profiling business you can find I myself as a businessman and working man THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST EVER their morals customer service is not acceptable not right to the community they are in may god bless them because I’m sure it’s fearful to be there because of there own actions I was not the only one mad or upset not even about the tow but the conversation the night before the lady is so disrespectful and ignorant on top of the worker when I got here told me don’t record their is a million cameras they watch you use your phone they can see it and what your on it Doing it’s so many cameras their is no sign saying no recording you can not so I did he refused my vehicle basically until I faked a delete in my phone after he already took my money and gave me a unsigned receipt so I called the police but as I did he was holding a pistol walking me to my car as all I did I show ID pay my fee for the car they took that belonged where it was a paid spot at my home and recorded for my safety I was a black man with a phone and not dumb like they wanted but every and all interaction was and is recorded and saved even if I had to get the C A D number from DISPATCH TO HEAR THE CALL INTIMIDATION DISRESPECT AND IGNORANCE FRIM THE WALKING ME TO MY CAR WITH HIS HAND ON A GUN IN HIS HOODIE ALL I HAVE IS A ID MONEY AND CAR KEYS WITH A PHONE IN MY HAND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE I GAVE THE VIDEOS AND CALLS FOR PROOF OF ALL OF THIS THRY ARE JUST IGNORANT PEOPLE THE ONES I DEALT WITH ITS 200 Bucs ok I’ll be mad but THE CONVERSATION AMD INTERACTION THE DISRESPECT IGNORANCE THE PROFILING LIKE YOU OWN ME NOW WILL NEVER BE TOLERATED

I sat in a parking lot today and watched 2 of these drivers grabbing cars from somewhere down the street, loading up the parking lot before taking the vehicles back to base. They were straight up backing up cars until the slammed into the car behind them before dropping them off. Just because people are too stupid to follow parking laws, doesn't mean you should damage their property.
