I had a flat tire and called Texas Best Towing to help tow my car to the nearest tire shop. From the moment I called, their communication was excellent. They were very responsive and kept me updated the entire time with text messages letting me know they were 15 minutes away, then 10 minutes away, which I really appreciated. Emmanuel, the driver who assisted me, was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. He made a stressful situation much easier and handled everything smoothly and professionally. The only reason I’m mentioning this is to help others be aware beforehand — the service was a bit pricey for a relatively short distance. I was charged $149 for a local tow that was only a few miles total. I agreed to the price, and the service itself was excellent, but I do think it’s helpful for customers to know in advance. Overall, great customer service, fast response time, excellent communication, and a very professional experience. Thank you again to Emmanuel and the Texas Best Towing team!

I had to use their heavy haul service tonight to pick up a fallen container in my yard. They were fast, professional and easy to work with. The driver arrived within the hour and made quick work of the situation. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I had one of the worst experience with these guys last night! I have Good Sam Roadside and needed to get a battery boost after leaving the theater at about 11 pm. Good Sam dispatched Aspire . When the guy arrives his battery Jumpstart machine was not even working. He then left and said another guy was coming and sent me the other guys cell # . When I called him I was told he was 15 minutes away. After about 45 minutes I called again and inquired about hid true ETA. He then just hung up the phone and sent a screenshot that indicated he was 12 minutes out. After waiting another hour I called Good Sam who tried calling them and they did not even answer their call. After calling them once more to inquire about the eta, "( it's now 1 Am in the morning) "the guy started using profanity and stated "Just call someone else" and again hung up the phone. Good Sam did dispatch anther service provider but by this time a manager at the theater came out and gave me a battery boost. Made it home with my son at about 2 AM in the morning. These guys are very unprofessional and could careless about another humans safety!
