⭐ 1 Star (Used to be 5 Stars)<br>Miller & Son used to be my go-to towing company, but over the past couple of years their customer service has completely gone downhill.<br>Our company signed an agreement with them for towing services for our lot, and we rely on their service to help correct and resolve ongoing parking and vehicle violations. Lately, it’s been nothing but frustration. They don’t answer the phone, and when they finally do, there’s always an excuse on why they can’t come out. It feels like they no longer honor the towing agreement we have in place.<br>What’s the point of making us complete affidavits, post signs, and send notices to violators if we’re still going to get the runaround when it’s time for them to actually do the tow?<br>Very poor service and extremely unreliable. I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Larry was dispatched by Porsche West Houston. He had the right equipment and the right attitude. He was intelligent and well informed about transporting exotic avehicles. . After waiting for almost 11 hours for someone to arrive with the correct equipment, he had our car on its way in minutes. It was worth the wait!

Nationwide used them to pick up my vehicle .. they were supposed to be here at 930. It’s 11:09 and they still have not arrived . I’ve been calling and all the dispatcher has been doing is revising the eta. I called back 40 minutes later she said he’s out of the truck. At this point I’m starting to think they are intentionally delaying the time to arrive . She told me he’s in route you’re next that was over an hour ago. Do not recommend at all. One of the worst experiences ever .. called back now the driver has truck issue and they need to send someone else out to me. Nationwide had to cancel after 2 hours of inconvenience and send another company .. please do not let this company be your final go to .
