I would give negative stars if possible. I pay for weekly yard waste pickup and they have missed at least one out of every three to four weeks. They don't communicate when they are opting to skip us for the week. Every time I call they tell me I will be notified the next time, and surprise surprise they fail to do so. My supposed "pickup" day is Friday so I then have to go the entire weekend (you know the time most people spend working in their yards) with a full bin. Sometimes they will come by the following Tuesday if I am lucky but most of the time they make me wait until the following Friday. My HOA charges a fine for having bins out past the pickup date, but I have to keep mine out in hopes that they will one day come to empty my wayward bin. Also when I asked if they will reimburse me for my HOA fine, I was told "no". They say I can leave extra bags out free of charge the week after they abandon my bin, but I then have to PAY for those bags out of pocket. When I ask for the weekly credit back it is essentially a few dollars because they "can only credit back a portion of my overall fee". To make this worse they had a 40% price increase since last year. When I called to inquire about what additional benefits or assurance of better services that this 40% increase would get me they had no answer. So long story not so short, almost twice the cost, same awful service, zero communication or care for customers. Zero out of ten, do not recommend.

Cost was decent up front but kept increasing. Never could have the lid partially opened without getting charged for a full week of service for 1 extra bag. Last statement went up $30. Called to cancel and they charge $54 to cancel. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be using this service again. Even if they are the cheapest up front. They cost way more long term. We are happily switching back to ACE where I don’t have to worry that a partial lid open from half a garbage bag is costing me way more! To say your increase is related to fuel costs is ridiculous because the cost of fuel is down since we started. And not to mention they tried to cut my bill almost in half to get me to stay. We are still switching as the service isn’t great. I just had to request my recycling get picked up as it was missed yesterday.

Everyone in the neighborhood is dropping you like Raid on a fly. Now we understand, again and again you only tilt garbage to 90 degrees so the garbage doesn't come out. We call and you fail at customer service and coming and providing the services we pay you for. Your horrible in every aspect. We should push to remove your license in the city and MN.
