Went here a few weeks back to unload some scrap metal. Had not been here before but, the staff at the scales was super helpful as was the team in the office. Within a few moments I was back on the road heading home. It’s a well oiled machine here, highly recommended!

I showed up at their yard about 12:15 on a sat with about 300lbs of clean yellow brass and 250lbs of 6063 clean aluminum....their site very clearly says they are open till 12:45 on Saturdays. First, I was told " you're too late...we're closing" after showing the "boss" their own website he tells me he won't be able to weigh my brass because they already moved bins on the scale to close up. Then after allowing me to pull on the other scale for my aluminum....when I go to get paid, they tell me 6063 is considered "sheet" (lowest priced aluminum scrap). When I argued they wouldn't let me go get my materials back since it was already dumped!!! The place is a joke and treats customers like their doing you a favor by being open? Find elsewhere to take your scrap unless you prefer unfair pricing and people with terrible attitudes.
