My car was towed here after a minor accident where I lost control in the snow and hit a tree. The tow truck driver was wonderful and even drove me home from the scene of the accident.<br>The owner, Billy, who I believe is who I spoke to, was not so wonderful. I stopped by here twice while my car was being held at the tow yard to collect some things out of my car, both times, without having even looked at my vehicle or having any idea of the damage to my vehicle this man suggested to me that my car was likely totaled. The first time "because its a 2015 and you hit a tree" and the second time because the adjuster had stopped by and not come into the office afterward which he said he would normally do "if the car wasn't totaled". To be clear, the car was not totaled and is now being fixed at a different shop. I could not believe this mans lack of tact and awful customer service skills, I probably would have considered having the work done here for the convenience as my car was already there but Billy made it very clear that he did not care about me or my car. Incredibly rude and unprofessional and unnecessary added stress onto an already stressful situation.
